when Setexpesscheckout api operation call for payment , Got the responce of the GetExpressCheckout api checkout status is PaymentActionNotInitiated.after 1 or 2 hour got a payment reciept in my account and status is change PaymentActionCompleted. How to decrese that type of delay in sanbox account ?
