Payback doubt if pay pal will ever pay me back

I put a address thru my Pay pal and they immediately took $10.77 out, my printer would not print address out and money for postage was already taken out of my account , I mailed my package $12.22 next day and called paypal to get MY MONEY back, I sent all information to customer with tracking and sent it priorty mail.I did everything and money not back yet transaction was Dec.2 they take it out instantly ,  doubt if I will ever see it . So have decided to leave e-bay. have everything on make an offer.Cost me around $23.00 to send a little box.anyone else had this problem???
