PayPal's customer service is horrible, their policies are horrible

I have been on hold for so long, and when finally got a representative was transferred to E-Bay!  What is wrong with them?

Plus, they couldn't address the issue.  I wish there were other options besides PayPal.

If it was an ebay problem then only ebay presumably could resolve the problem??

You could always ask for advice here as well.

It was NOT an EBay problem - that's the point! Stupid PayPal transferred me to EBay! They never even addressed my concern, just transferred me to EBay when we don't even have an EBay account! Horrible customer service!
