We have a problem here in Russia with PayPal. It converts almost all incoming payments to national currency RUB.
I've got three payments in USD, and they all were converted to RUB, and I've lost about $30 on differenecies in currency exchange rate. I've messaged them several times, but the problem still haven't been resolved. I'm waiting for solution more than 1 week. Can anybody tell me what's going on and how to get my money back?
But have you gone to seller preferences lower left of your paypal summary page > block payments > update and then remove the option that says you have to have other currencies converted automatically.
