I have the PayPal plus card and I amassed close to $450 worth of points, but after one late payment they took all of my points, which were basically cold hard cash, and said I can never get them back. These points were difficult to collect and took time, but they have a flawed policy that says they can just take my points if they aren’t satisfied. This should be updated and the people affected should be reimbursed.
