PAY AFTER DELIVERY

Very disappointed that PayPal will no longer have the "PAY AFTER DELIVERY " option, will cause me to mot purchase that I may be interested in. I do not habe the credit for the PayPal credit card. Very disappointed...

I am very disappointed by this as well. Starting April 18th I WILL NO LONGER USE PAYPAL AT ALL. THIS IS MADNESS
