I am displeased, big time! Not only did I NOT get an email about the change from 14 days (in fact nobody I know got one)...unlike what ebay is telling us, it didn't change to TEN days, but to NINE. For those of us who get the money in, just in the nick of time, this has become a problem. I think ebay should pay all overdraft fees for people who were assuming it was 14...then do it all over again for people who were counting on 10.
