Online payment sucks

I am a customer of PayPal,
I will not use the company’s service any longer, because it is unreliable.
I tried to make a payment on my Paypal account balance online, unsuccessfully, because of some bugs on website.
Instead, I had to wait until Monday to make phone payment thru a rep.
Now I have to pay the deferred interest charges.
Good buy PayPal, you cost me too much!
The phone rep and his supervisor could not help me with online payment either.
