3 HOURS AND 24 MINUTES!!!!! I even have my code for 'better servie!! No one answers at PayPal customer service!!!!! Why???? Anyone know what their problem is? I have a second line gpoing now also in case they **bleep** up onthe first one somehow, and that one has been on hold for an hour and 6 minutes. And I'm calling because they **bleep** up opening my dispute back in January so I never fogpt my hundreds of dollars back. NOT HAPPY
They still have my account limited desite meeting all their criteria. Called and on hold 1.5 hours then called again yesterday and held an hour no answer !!!
