New zealand payments to my Bank account are not arriving again

I am so frustrated. Paypal are not depositing my payments which are completed into my Bank account once again. 5000 businesses were affected last week and we were all promised the problem within Paypals servers was fixed. But no they are not.
It is really having a negative effect on my business and is costing me dearly.
