Paypal is unreliable...someone sent me 100$ and i received a text then when i was clicking on the link the page was not opening...there was no money in my paypal or bank....when i called them they said they did not recieve money on their side so the problems is with the other side...the other side said they sent the money so there is nothing they can do. What kind of theft is that
