Why give us a line of credit if Paypal choose whether they want to charge it or not? The reason I got was that not everyone will except Paypal credit. Well, if that is the case then why doesn't Paypal ask how you want payment made? If I want my credit card or bank account used, I would use them cards. If I am paying with PayPal I want the credit line used.....I am very unsatisfied. To bad I need this account for ny weekly paycheck or I would not be coming back!
