I spoke to a delightfully pleasant customer service rep. named Shelley tonight after I had some issues getting a payment from a customer. She stayed on the line with me until it was fixed. She was very polite and showed respectful character during the call while also keeping things light and just NICE! Thanks Shelley (or Shelly) for all your help.
