When did PayPal begin to jumble the promotional purchase amounts on the statement???
I just noticed that the promotional balance list on my monthly statement AND the online services is very jumbled so that it is easy to make a mistake and default on the terms of the 6 month financing.
Really?? Does pAYpAL have to resort to these types of tricks to earn a dollar of my money? How do they expect to operate a financial institution when they utilize these deceptive practices? Amazing...
