To the CEO,
You need to find some qualified senior management with a proven track record in banking and credit card management and fix the systemic problem you are having, or this company will not succeed. I made a purchase, which you said was turned back from my bank. It was not, rather, it was an error by you, and it has been impossible for me to resolve this. You removed my account. I have spent hours, and spoken to four people, (after waiting more than an hour on hold each time) and sent two emails and it is still not resolved. When I am finally able to pay the negative balance, I will close my account. You have a great deal of personal banking information etc and the level of incompetence is highly shocking! I fully expect that you will not be in business within two years if you do not take radical steps to fix this systemic problem!
