Well you don't have to recommend anyone here as we have nothing to do with paypal.
This is a COMMUNITY ''user to user'' help forum.
As for transfering funds, paypal uses electronic and not wire transfer which is a cheaper option and so it does take that time for the funds to transfer.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
