I HAVE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO USE PAYPAL'S EMAIL PAGE TO ASK THEM TO HANDLE A PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH A SELLER. AFTER I FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE CASE NUMBER, DATES, DATA, ETC. I PRESS SEND AND A MESSAGE COMES UP SAYING THERE WAS A PROBLEM. PLEASE TRY AGAIN. ONCE IT EVEN DELETED THE FORM SO THAT I HAD TO RESEARCH ALL THE INFO WHICH WAS QUITE TIME CONSUMING. IT HAS HAPPENED FOUR TIMES AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET THROUGH TO THEM...HELP, PLEASE!
