Something that is suposed to take up to 48 hours and 3 WEEKS later it is still not resolved. Unexceptable !
We send in paperwork to Paypal reference to account limitations and we are told 24 to 48 hours, well 3 WEEKS later NOTHING. We get hung up on my Paypal reps, and no recourse with Paypal.
