I've tired trying to verify my account. I'm not eligible for SSN, but I'm official temporary resident of US. I've requested what to do in this case and the answer was to provide documents which I have. I've sent scan of ID, utility bill and official note from Social Security Administration that I cannot have SSN.
I've got a response that I need to provide SSN. I've explained once again the same, then my note was somewhere forwarded and now I've got a respond that SSN is not required to register account in US and most probably I registered it in another country. How did you make guys such unprofessional answers? If smth is not required in your India then don't tell me what's not required in the US. Why the **bleep** have you decided that I've signed up from another country? You have all my documents, just verify the ID. So lazy and so unprofessional. I will never use it again.
