I just wanted to note in these modern times of terrible customer service, It was refreshing to talk with an excellent customer service representative at the PayPal call center. He was the most friendly, professional, and adept call center rep that I have talked to in years. I was calling to get more info on a dispute/claim, he set my mind at ease, and made my day. I just wanted to go outta my way to give kudos on a good job.
