If you find yourself using this forum because of poor customer service, I suggest you look for companies other than PayPal. It will be hard to stray from a previously trusted company who people have been using for years, but it's necessary. Don't expect issues to be resolved in a timely manner. I would discontinue services through Paypal, only because I'd hate for you to be on the cusp of a major transaction only to find that your account is restricted.
