Why is LLC not an option such as Sole Proprietorship, Corporation, not-for-profit, etc.?
I object to being asked for any part of SSN or birthdate to open a business account. TIN should be sufficient as authentication procedures acceptable to the U.S. government have already been followed to identify owners. PayPal should help the community resist this intrusion into personal privacy. Paypal should not be willing to accept the risks of accepting or maintaining such personal information. Don't get me started on why the "Patriot ACt" is unpatriotic.
Account setup leads to https://www.paypal.com/activation/businessSetup#payment with no indication that you are done or to any further steps in the setup process. It seems that the next step is to click on the “account setup tab”
