I have spent hours trying to resolve an issue with accepting PayPal payments. No one really listened to what I was saying and kept providing resolutions that did not work. I was on the verge of cancellation of PayPal when I finally spoke with Jake. He was unable to fix the problem, however, he listened and escalated the problem to the resolution area in an effort to actually help me. I am very pleased with what Jake did. And hope this post gets him a "pat on the back". He is an asset to PayPal and his customer service skills are fantastic. I have an entirely different positive feeling toward Paypal after talking with Jake. Thanks Jake,
