Disrespectful Customer Service

I have never, in all the years of being a member of PayPal has been disrespected like I was today with a Paypal customer service agent. Back in July, my account was permanently limited and PayPal decided to part ways. I fine with that, but they were holding my funds. They told me that after 45 days I could have my account reviewed, okay fine. Today marks the 45th day for review. I called customer service and she connected with an account limitation specialist named Kristin. The conversation started off very pleasant, I explained the situation to her and she told e that she was going to put me on a befit hold while she reviewed my account, cool. She came back and goes "You are not Mr. Brown". EXCUSE ME. For one I have a natural feminine voice and I am also transgender. Most PayPal rep that I speak with they refer to me as Ms which I really appreciate. Most reps ask to verify some info to make sure I am who I say I am, which I'm okay with. But Ms. Kristin on the other hand never asked me to verify any information to make sure that I was, in fact,  I say I am. She goes further and says we are not going to release your funds and they will be held for the full 180 days. At this moment I'm like are you not releasing the funds because I supposedly violated some user agreement or because of the way I sound isn't matching your ideal of what a Mr. should sound like. I am furious because now it seems this restriction goes far beyond "protecting the PayPal community" She would have been better off by saying we reviewed your account and decided not to release funds due to security reasons, I would have been okay with that verse being humiliated and judged based on the sound of my voice and my gender.  Kristin did not even ask me to verify information or anything. I would have appreciated her for just coming and asking am I Mr. Brown because you sure sound like a female and I would have told her. I honestly feel disrespected and discriminated against. No user of the PayPal community should have to go through this type of harassment when it is our money and businesses that this SOB's profit off of.

Would you mind sharing the phone number you used to call customer service? I've been trying to find a number to call but have been unsuccessful.

Thanks.
