What is wrong with PayPal Customer Service? Yesterday the wait time was long so they were supposed to call me back, never did. Today the wait time is half an hour? And I don't believe they will call me back today either.
what happened? community doesn't answer your questions either? how are you supposed to get answers? this site sucks!
