Contacting PayPal

Both the phone number on the website and email are obsolete. How do I speak with a representative about managing my account. Also why aren't the web pages configured for mobile use. Isn't that a basic requirement for an online company?

Click on contact bottom of every paypal page and the phone number that is correct is on there.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
