Contacting PayPal by email....Why is there not a WORKING option..?

I have been trying for a week to contact PayPal. I can't send an email through the Secure Message Centre because there is a "bug" there.....I have waited on the phone for over 20 minutes (I do have a life)....and it's impossible...

There is a payment that is listed as PENDING on my account that has already been paid (clear to see...)..but for some reason, it appears to have duplicated.

How can I have this erased as it will obviously be pending forever....

Pending from a buyer into your paypal account?

Pending in your paypal balance awaiting clearance?

Pending to a company with you as the buyer?

Pending withdrawal to your bank account?

Thanks for replying so quickly but simultaneously as I wrote my initial message I was on hold waiting for a person to respond at PayPal..

I was fortunate enough to not have to wait too long and the issue, hopefully will be remedied shortly.
