I can no longer give a partial refund when a customer is overcharged for shipping on the new site. The only option is for a full refund. It was bad enough when you actually charged the poor customer for the partial refund, but now I can't give them any money back. Where the heck is the Classic site that worked so well? Why did they have to change it to this NOT user friendly site? Change it back PayPal.
ABSOLUTELY hate the new site, and now I can't go back to the classic site. Our virtual terminal stopped working under the new site. When I click the virtual terminal button under the TOOLS menu, it takes me to a sign up page. We have had PayFlow with vitrual terminal for over 2 years now.
FIX THIS PAYPAL. Please, at least give us the option to go back to the old site.
