sent a payment to a person fro ebay who said to send a payment outside of ebay and via paypal to a email address so i did, then was told by the seller that they sold it to another person, tougth your not getting a refund i already spent your money, put in 2 disputes to paypal to which both were canceled and paypal said they was above board and broke no rules, no refund due, er hello, ive seen more professional road kill, i got ripped off by paypal one to many times, ebay said contact paypal and they can help... they did by telling me to go **bleep** off.. paypal do not give a t*ss about its customers, they get their money and thats all they care about, ,,,, now to find other forums
