Anyone else experiencing capture funds problem?

I keep getting an error  when I try to capture funds," Sorry — your last action could not be completed". This has been going on for over a week. When I conact PP I get nothing but a run around about how they are working on it day and night. Really? PP can't figure out what is going on? What a bunch of incompetent IT people thet must have.

Hey PP maybe you can hire someone who knows english to help you through these never ending problems you cause

PAYPAL has many problems with its prepaid debit card,business debit card,with currency conversion and more.

If they hire all American workers,we may have to pay them more.
