Today I had the great pleasure of speaking with Amanda (employee ID 46490). She was absolutely phenomenal. I had fraudulent activity on my account to the total of $870 in unauthorized charges. She took the time to work with me as we sorted all this out and made sure I understood how the money would be returned and to what account it would be returned to. It was all very confusing, but she made it easy to understand.
