I spoke to PayPal directly and the assured me that this is NOT an option. ATMs will not accept your DEPOSIT of any kind using your PayPal Debit Mastercard. I have seen posts that there are apps if you specifically have an Apple iPhone to deposit checks, however, I don't own an iPhone so I am unable to verify this, but this is the information that I have as of the date of this posting.
The way to make a deposit is of course having your Checking Account linked up and to "Add Funds" through PayPals site. Adding the funds (the deposit from your checking to your PayPal account) will take from 3 to 5 business days.
