If your account is unverified or you have a claim against you, your funds can be held.  Per you post, sounds like there's no claim, have you verified your account?

OP's post is of very little help.

What funds area held.

Is it the 21 day policy.

If so the funds are usually released within 72 hours of the D/C showing delivery.  If you used Paypal shipping then they already have the tracking number.

If you used ebay shipping or another company then you have to imput the d/c number in to the details page of the paypal payment.

Also two (2) of those three (3) days were not business days.  It will probably drop off to day
