just found out that not only did I have to pay 4.95 for a pay pal prepaid then when payment was rejected looked at account and found out that I have to pay the 4.95 under a maintenance fee each month which means no payment went through and now card is not working so cannot make payment. No wonder they allow paypal and green dot prepaid cards they make money off them, charging us the same fee as what it costs to buy one is ridiculus. So many people do not have bank accounts and use debit cards to pay bills and pay pal instead of allowing us to use our debit cards we are forced into either get a bank account or get a prepaid card both of which charges fees and in todays economy those few extra dollars could help a lot of people out.
