Why am I charged late fees on a zero ballance. I call customer service or shod I say lack of customer service and get NO help, as a matter of fact if anyone cares to speak to Allan in Kansas city he is one of the nastiest. He can't even provide a name or address of who to talk to. What a horrable companey.
