Im starting crazy...5 days i try link my card on paypal and every time i get message "sorry we can't link this card. please try linking a different card to your account".i send message on facebook,paypal custumer service,write post here on forum but no want answer and help me....
i go to my bank and ask about my problem,and in bank says my visa electron card suporte paypal
