Would never recommend PayPal to anybody !

Today I received an email saying that my account just got limited for opening too much cases.

 

I've made more than 200 transactions and had to open 5 cases because 5 of the items of the 200 were damaged. I don't know how PayPal so calls this "excessive". 

I'm truly disappointed. 

 

As many PayPal said before, PayPal is a complete joke and scam !

I agree whole heartedly there customer service suks bad

I've used Paypal for several years. I have spoken with Customer Support online and on the phone. I've never had an issue resolving things. Perhaps you were flagged because something set off the security features. That's happened to me a couple times when dealing with payments over a certain dollar amount. One time I left my VPN (to throw off ads/phishing) on and that set off the limitation.
