Why do I keep getting the Resolution Screen when I log in?

The resolution center says all the docs they aasked for have been accepted, but the login screen is always showing there is an error. I dont get it.
I have sent 6 emails and I never get a reply.
Is this common? Does paypal treat all their customers this badly?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
