What is PayPal doing to get our money from these my cash cards??

I still have 500$ on a Mycash card that i can not load onto my paypal. It has been a whole week. This has put me in a financial hardship and N have had to find other means to transfer money easily. It's a shame that this is being swept under the rug and no one has any answers for the people. I can't just forget about 500$ please help us PayPal.

i sent my letter on the 10th an they said they still didnt get it SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN THESE CARDS OR GET IT RIGHT THIS IS CRAZY I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY MONEY SENCE DEC 1ST!!!!!!!
