I have called Paypal a few times in a few years and have always received excellent service. Today, I contacted them because I did not recevie a payment. I sent someone the wrong Paypal address (typo). Within minutes, the Paypal rep resolved my problem. The customer service rep could not have been more helpful. I wish banks were as good as this! Thank you Paypal!
