Sri lankans Can't get Refunds on ebay...??

Hi,I'm a sri lankan and i'm new to online shopping.I shop on ebay using my paypal account which is made to sri lanka.For some reason If i needed to have a refund How do i get it???

*Paypal only allows sri lankans to send payments

How did you fund the paypal payment that the seller is going to refund?

Trough my visa debit card...

Then that should be fine as payments funded from a card go straight back to your card.

They do not go back to your paypal account balance.
