There is a new way to scam using credit card when the middle man is PayPal. All the scammer does is to inform the credit card that there was an unauthorized charge. Immediately PayPal takes the money away from your account and no matter how much proof you provide, sign documents and ID verifiying signature, PayPal always loses the dispute.
So far I have lost over $4,000 and PayPal refuses to disclose to me the name of the financial institution of the scammer because it violates his rights ....... protection for the scamer and "sorry we lost the dispute for me" great way to conduct business right?
