Thanks for your response, but it still seems if something is amis at Paypal Engineering.
If there is a problem with an address, the system should explain the problem, rather than:
"Re: PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I have been a member for years, and from my perspective this is a new problem, and one that is not explained properly.
Please express my frustration to management who might be able to do something.
Although, I suspect there is a lack of interest in fixing this. (MONTHS AND MONTHS OF BEING NON-FUNCTIONAL)
