First of all, there is not a convenient e-mail address to contact them at.  When I do send an e-mail, I get a response to call them.  That totally defeats the purpose of e-mail.  Secondly, they are trying to charge me for a transaction that the buyer claims they never received (which I have clear documentation memos that I sent it and that I did everything possible to help the E-bay customer.).  They will not provide customer service and reconcile this.  I will not be using them again.  End of story
