I bought an EBAY gift card for 275.00 to cover an auction purchase. When I went to pay for the auction a box in the left side of the page asked for the redemption code, which I entered after reading the instructions on ebay. After entering the code and pressing PAY______ MY DEBIT ACCOUNT WAS BILLED. I HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS BY SIMPLY ASKING PAY PAL TO CREDIT THE VALUE OF MY GIFT CARD TO MY DEBIT ACCOUNT. IF THEY ARE TOO INEPT FOR THIS SIMPLE REQUEST, HOW DO I GET MY CASH? ALL I HEAR FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN INCOHERANT EASTERN ACCENT SAYING " YOU CAN USE IT ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE". THERE WILL NOT BE A "NEXT PURCHASE EVER WITH ANY EBAY CARD. WHAT DO I DO NOW? THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
