New user "experience" is not usable. The classic is efficient, and functional.

I posted in another thread,  and now I see there are more.

 

Please do not seccumb to "Microsoft Syndrome" and change things for the sake of change.

 

The new user experience is unusable.  I spent hours trying to do my normal business activities without success,  then I found the "switch back" option and could complete my work.

 

What are you trying to improve?  What complaints or feedback have you gotten about the old system that would require fixing?

 

It was not broken as far as I can see.
