Customer Support from the Phillipines

I don't know what it is maybe cultural but I can never get anything resolved with the call centers in the PI.   They are all really nice but maybe it's because they don't understand U.S. business practices, they don't get the nuances.   Support in 3rd World countries is never as good as when you are speaking to someone from the U.S.
