Hello, I am waiting for an answer about a year. I would like to close my business account what is no longer exist but I simply can't. Anytime I want it come the message : "Your account can't be closed". I've checked everywhere I don't have any refunds, charges nothing. I just simply don't understand it at all. I was trying to downgraded at least but even this is not functioning. 😞 can someone please help me!!!!! thanks.
