i cannot change my mobile number because an authentication notice keeps coming up and i cannot get passed this because it sends a code to my old mobile number.

how do i get over this

For those who are facing this problem, here is the solution I got on twitter (and this worked for me)

1. Go to the Contact Us page:  https://paypal.com/nl/smarthelp/contact-us . 2. Select Password and account access. 3. Select Login problems. 4. Click on Message Us Icon. 5. Click on Chat with us about your password issue.
