I have never had a issue with drawing money and transferring to my account. Since yesterday, Ive tried transferring total balance and wasnt able as it said only a certain minimum. I tried again today and was only able to transfer so much from my personal account. I did phone and they said dont know what problem is, but try this paypal website/ wd,,still didnt work,so now I have to call back,,,,any one else with this issue,,,Thank you..
